Since my young age, I was surrounded d’pets and j’loved to travel. The two worlds m’have always fascinated and c’is why j’ve worked for several years as a hostess for l’air to finance my studies in veterinary medicine.
A graduate of l’University of Bologna in Italy since 2013, I have international work experience in Switzerland, Italy and France. J’ve done several volunteer activities veterinarian in Israel, Romania and India to bring care to the animals of the street in need’help.
Once arrived in Switzerland, I’I started working with l’animal house l’Geneva airport (GVA), in collaboration with the border veterinary service (NCS). For the first time, j’ve been exposed to the world of traveling with a pet and its complexity.
I had to go in search of animals escaped into the bunker, j’ai to the rescue of the animals dehydration or heat stroke, but most importantly, I’ve had to deal with l’animal that comes without the right papers !
Several times, j’'ve met people that have imported a pet without being aware of the legislation and who have had to suffer the harsh consequences of this poor preparation to travel with their pets. This experience m’has led her to founding the law firm VetTravel, a firm that aims to help you prepare for a trip with your pet in all serenity.
A good preparation for the journey avoids unpleasant surprises and additional costs.
